Getting up more than 2 hours early to do important and non-urgent things has benefited a lot. After graduation, I came to the company earlier than others to do my own things.
Two very important points in my time management mechanism: energy management and important but not urgent matters management.
I usually go to work at 10:30, but most of the time I arrive at the company from 8:30 to 9:00 in the morning, 1-2 hours earlier than others, when I have the best energy, I either browse industry information or think Recaps brought me something emotionally email list changing, or doing something hard that required deep thinking.

2. Keep exercising
I have been in the habit of exercising for many years, whether it is running or keep sports, in order to have a good posture and mental outlook, I go to work beautifully every day. Not to please others, just to please yourself. It is actually a manifestation of ability to clean up yourself decently and beautifully, which proves that you can balance work and life well, instead of rushing and working hard for life every day.
3. Eat healthy
Eat well, drink well, eat healthy, diet is the foundation of ensuring physical fitness. I will not indulge in eating and drinking, I have learned nutritional knowledge, and I pay more attention to protein and vitamin intake.
4. Emotional Diary
Take care of your emotions and keep an emotional journal. Over the years, no matter good or bad emotions, I will continue to write them down to release my emotions and not suppress myself. Explore objective experiences and subjective feelings, realize and explore your innermost feelings. What happened, how did you feel, why did it happen? How has it affected your life, your social relationships, your goals, and even your dreams?

When I finished writing this article, I still felt a lot of emotion in my heart, and some of my memories over the years were awakened.
In 2011, when I first entered college, I started to have many negative emotions, such as obvious emotions, emotions, fear and inferiority.
